Wifi

Our pub has free WIFI throughout so please just connect to our "ship-guest" account.

Parking

We have a large free car park for customers. There is a barrier to exit the car park – you can enter by just pulling up to it but to exit you will need the QR code that is printed on your till receipt. Unfortunately we seem to be the NCP of Parkgate in recent times, so when our lovely customers arrive with us they are finding that the car park is full, we are hoping that the barrier will dissipate the ice cream goers!

Accessibility

We have a ramp from the car park that is suitable for wheelchairs. By all means please call ahead and let us know that you are coming and one of our team will happily be on hand to assist with the doors should you need it. We have an accessible toilet near the main entrance. Our bedrooms are accessible by stairs only.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome on our outside patio as well as in the bar area of the pub however we do insist that you don't take them up to our first floor deck. Please just ask a member of the team if you cannot see a water bowl and would like a drink for your dog. Feel free to make us the last port of call on your dog walk, there’s always some treats and dogs drink for free!

Unfortunately dogs (and other pets) are not allowed in our bedrooms. Our guest rooms are pet free.
